The company utilizes a cooperative marketing and distribution model. Part of the direct selling industry, Nussentials distributes it's products through a network of Independent Marketing Representatives.
Nussentials Holdings Inc. was formerly a publicly traded company under the symbol NSHG.PK. Nussentials became Alternate Energy Holdings after a reverse stock merger on September 13, 2006.
On September 24, 2008 Phil Mims advised us via email that he has 'purchased' Nussentials and is the current CEO and there have been additional management changes within the company. ( See our exec profiles for more info ).
